Last night I went to Gaby’s dance class to brush up on my skillz. Put on my Danceaton shirt (which my mom made me herself…she is quite the crafty lady) and went to get a little cross training in.

Oh and this song…I didn’t like it at first but it’s slowly growing on me.
After dance class I went to the store to pick up a few items and came across this Kombucha juice. I have heard great things about it but wasn’t sure what flavor to get…this flavor seemed safe plus it was almost gone off the shelf (which we all know means it’s in high demand, right? I thought so).
The juice was tasty, had a tangy sweetness to it and a nice fizz! I loved the words of enlightenment on the side.
I saved a little bit for after this morning’s run too. Got up and ran a little over 5 miles with a couple girls in my ‘hood. It was a nice run and I’m looking forward to it cooling down…the weather for my 20 miler this weekend is looking quite promising!
After my run this morning I grabbed an Autumn Harvest coffee from Einstein’s and today I’m wearing a little bling. Bling is a must for getting over the hump of Wednesday.
I was playing on pinterest and found this the other day. Loved it.
Some days, like my run this morning, just reminded me why I keep going with this thing called running.
No matter if it’s a good run or a blah one, I always get something out of it. And it’s always, always worth it.
And those blah runs, always make the amazing ones that much better.
So tell me, why do you run? What inspires you to KEEP GOING?
I true kombucha for the first time last month and loved it! I think the one I got was Energy? I did feel a little ‘buzzed’ after, but my belly was super happy!!!
haha yeah I think it does give you a little bit of a ‘buzz’, but I like it! It’s feel good juice! I will have to try the energy one!

It’s a lululemon bottle! They have such fun stuff at that place.
We finally got one in Austin, and I have yet to go there because I don’t want to spend all my money. Soon I will have to go!
Yes, I try to only get special things there I can’t get anywhere else…it is quite tempting and pricey!
I have never had kombucha, kind of freaks me out but everyone seems to love it!
haha yeah it did intimidate me for a minute but I finally broke down and I like it! Not sure that I’d drink it all the time though…it’s like $3 a bottle here.
